As the seasons start to change, so does the fishing on the Provo River. The rainbow trout start to pile on the pounds as they prep for their spawn. Here are a few pristine examples of our wild resident rainbows our clients have caught over the past few weeks.

Some of us have ben lucky enough to see this actually happen. Your reeling in a little fish and out of nowhere, the big fish in the pool takes advantage of the free meal!

Walter got a great shot of this big fish with his clients little fish in his mouth and turned it into a piece of Fine Fin Art.

Here at Trout Tales, we never stop thinking about fly fishing. Winter means a shift in gears for all of us, but for Walter Foster, it means his artistic brain kicks into overdrive. He has created two new finished pieces, "Gator Brown" and "Bonafide", as well as a piece thats still in progress, "Jaws".
